Requesting a quote through this website is free. The Quote Specialist does not charge you anything and takes no payment through this site, so there is nothing for it to refund.

If you go ahead with work, your contract, payment and any refund, warranty or cancellation rights are with the provider who does the job, not with The Quote Specialist. Check the provider's own terms before you agree to anything. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to that work and cannot be taken away.
